Corn 2012 (Week 2): Tragedy Strikes

Corn was doing great until we got 50-60 mph winds ahead of an approaching cold front.  It ripped out the weed fabric I put down and whipped the tops of the corn seedlings.  They are now limping along.

Our chickens once did something similar to 50-60 mph winds to our corn. It still made a comeback. I hope yours does as well . . . and anyway, it is tragedy like this that really makes these corn growing posts edge-of-your-seat . . .ish.
