Anna Grows: Year 11

My little girl isn't staying so little. She's turning into a delightful young woman and we couldn't be more proud of her. (Well, maybe she needs to improve a little on keeping her room clean, but on the whole...) Thursday was her 11th birthday. It was a little strange since it was just Becky, Anna and me, but we managed to make it a good celebration, despite the car breaking down in North Ogden where Becky went to pick up Daniel from camp. We went to eat at Applebees where Anna got her free Sundae and the waiters serenaded her, and then to Dairy Queen where she got her free banana split (which she saved in the freezer for the next day.) I hate to see her leave this stage of life, but I'm proud of her and excited for her to try new things. And she only has to sing in one more Primary Program.

Happy Birthday Anna girl! I'm glad to see you have your birthday ice cream as a priority!
